Job Description

An Outside Sales Executive is responsible for managing sales operations within a specific geographic region, ensuring revenue growth, and leading a team of sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets.
  • Recruit, train, and manage sales representatives to enhance performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities, expand customer base, and strengthen brand presence.
  •  Maintain strong relationships with key clients and resolve escalated issues.
  • Track sales performance, analyze data, and implement improvements.
  • Work closely with marketing, distribution, and senior management to align business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and generate sales reports for leadership.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 Years experience in outside sales, field sales
  • Excellent communication
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets
  • Work independently and manage time effectively
  • Prefer local candidate mandatory
