An Outside Sales Executive is responsible for managing sales operations within a specific geographic region, ensuring revenue growth, and leading a team of sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, and manage sales representatives to enhance performance.
- Identify new business opportunities, expand customer base, and strengthen brand presence.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and resolve escalated issues.
- Track sales performance, analyze data, and implement improvements.
- Work closely with marketing, distribution, and senior management to align business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and generate sales reports for leadership.
Requirements: - 2 to 4 Years experience in outside sales, field sales
- Excellent communication
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets
- Work independently and manage time effectively
- Prefer local candidate mandatory
