Job Description

An Outside Sales Executive job involves generating leads, building relationships with clients through in-person meetings, and closing sales deals in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying potential customers and actively seeking out new business opportunities.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients through face-to-face interactions.
  • Negotiating terms and conditions and closing sales deals.
  • Achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and providing regular reports.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 24-38 years old.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Ability to adjust to different situations and clients.
