Job Description
we are hiring Outside Sales Executive
Roles And Responsibilities :
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by actively prospecting and qualifying potential clients in the Jaipur, Rajasthan, India area
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment requirements and providing suitable solutions
• Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our recruitment services to potential clients
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
• Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the sales process and improve client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the BFSI sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
