Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Outside Sales Executive to join our insurance sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in insurance sales
- Strong interpersonal, communication
- Self-motivated, target-driven
- Ability to work independently
- Good understanding of insurance products
