Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Executive to join our growing insurance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued business.
• Prospect and develop new clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and community engagement.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with underwriters and customer service representatives to ensure smooth onboarding and policy maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outside sales
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation
• Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently
• bachelor’s degree
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
