Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Executive to join our growing insurance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued business.
- Prospect and develop new clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and community engagement.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with underwriters and customer service representatives to ensure smooth onboarding and policy maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation
- Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently

- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
