Outside sales manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals in generating new business and expanding existing customer relationships!

Responsibilities:-

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of outside sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth, increase revenue, and expand customer relationships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements
•  Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop action plans to address them.
• Recruit, train, and mentor new sales team members to ensure they are equipped to succeed in their roles.
• Manage sales operations processes, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and customer data management.

Candidate requirements:-

•  Any graduate
• Any local candidate
• Experience :- field sales and marketing of insurance /BFSI
• Age :- 21 -38 years
