• Outside Sales Manager  
  The Outside Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within a designated geographical area through the agency channel. This role involves leading and motivating a team of agency managers to achieve sales targets, recruit and develop agents, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  Responsibilities: 
• Leads and motivates agency managers.
• Drives sales growth and market penetration.
• Recruits and develops agency managers.
• Analyzes performance, provides feedback, and ensures compliance.
• Builds relationships with agency partners.
• Represents company at industry events.
  Requirements: 
• Any Graduation complete
• Mini. 2 Years of Exp. in Sales & Marketing
• Strong Communications Skills
• Age: 22 to 38 years
• Local candidates are preferring
