Outside Sales Manager
The Outside Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within a designated geographical area through the agency channel. This role involves leading and motivating a team of agency managers to achieve sales targets, recruit and develop agents, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Leads and motivates agency managers.
Drives sales growth and market penetration.
Recruits and develops agency managers.
Analyzes performance, provides feedback, and ensures compliance.
Builds relationships with agency partners.
Represents Company at industry events. Requirements:
Any Graduation complete
Mini. 2 Years of Exp. in Sales & Marketing
Strong Communications Skills
Age: 22 to 38 years
