Job Description

Position: Outside sales manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly oversee field sales team and their daily route plans
  • Open new areas for sales and drive market entry
  • Help team close deals by joining in key meetings
  • Track performance weekly—quantity and quality of visits
  • Make sure field data is collected and reported correctly
  • Identify gaps in sales performance and fix them fast
  • Provide honest, on-the-spot coaching
  • Ensure the team meets both activity and revenue targets

What We Expect From You:

  • Minimum 2 years doing field sales (not just sitting in an office)
  • 1–2 years of managing others in sales roles
  • Confidence in handling tough conversations with customers or team
  • Knows how to organize a day and prioritize visits
  • Local candidate required first
  • Graduation is mandatory here
