Job Summary:
We are looking for a high-performing Outside Sales Manager to lead our field sales operations. This role involves managing a team of sales executives, expanding client base through outdoor activities, and achieving defined business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and field sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, market visits, and referrals
- Conduct regular field visits and client meetings with team members
- Drive sales target achievement and team performance
- Train and coach the team for product knowledge and effective selling techniques
- Maintain sales reports, performance trackers, and CRM entries
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalations promptly
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Graduation required (MBA preferred)
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
