Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. This role involves direct client engagement, strategic planning, and team leadership to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BFSI sector through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the BFSI sector to achieve revenue targets.
• Team Leadership & Training: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing required (Any Field)
• Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
• Preferred local candidate.
