Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Manager to lead a field sales team focused on driving business in the BFSI sector. The role involves team recruitment, coaching, and achieving aggressive sales targets for banking and insurance products through direct field efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive team performance to meet or exceed sales targets
- Plan and execute daily sales activities and area mapping
- Promote and sell financial products like life insurance, health insurance, credit cards, personal loans, etc.
- Monitor field activity, ensure documentation accuracy, and maintain data reporting
- Develop local market intelligence and expand customer base
- Conduct regular team reviews and field support visits
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience: 2–5 years in BFSI sales experience
- Strong leadership and sales coaching skills
- Good communication and negotiation ability
- Comfortable with fieldwork and high-pressure targets
- Local candidates with strong market knowledge preferred
