Job Summary:
We are hiring an Outside Sales Manager to drive sales through field visits, customer acquisition, and relationship building. The role requires active market presence and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities:
Meet potential customers and promote company products
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Maintain daily field activity and submit reports
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain client relationships

Requirements:
Graduate (any stream)
2+ years of experience in field sales (insurance/BFSI preferred)
Strong communication and selling skills
Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
