Job Title: Outside Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are hiring an Outside Sales Manager to lead field sales activities, drive business growth, and manage client relationships. Ideal for candidates with strong sales skills and team-handling potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner.
- Training & motivating the health agents to qualify contests and thus bring in incremental business.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, ensuring high levels of customer service.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers and establish new customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Graduate (any discipline)
- 2+ years of sales experience (insurance/BFSI preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Two-wheeler preferred for local travel
