Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Outside Sales Manager to generate leads, meet prospective clients, and drive sales in the field. The ideal candidate will be target-driven and capable of building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers and pitch products/services
• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking
• Close sales and achieve monthly targets
• Maintain client records and follow up for repeat business
• Report daily activity and performance metrics

Requirements:

• Any Graduate preferred
• 2+ years of field sales experience (BFSI/FMCG/Telecom preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel locally
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
