🔹 Role Overview:
The Outside Sales Manager is responsible for leading field sales efforts, acquiring new customers, and driving business growth by promoting banking or financial products in the Valsad region.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of field sales executives
Acquire new customers through outdoor sales and market visits
Promote banking/financial products (loans, accounts, insurance, etc.)
Track sales performance and ensure team targets are met
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service satisfaction

🔹 Requirements:
Graduate in any stream
0–2 years of sales experience (team handling preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Willingness to work in field sales
Age: 21–33 years
Two-wheeler preferred
