Job Summary:
An Outside Sales Officer is a field-based sales professional responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships within a designated territory. This role involves direct interaction with customers, requiring strong communication, negotiation, and product knowledge to effectively meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients to ensure consistent sales activity.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales effectively.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field for agency and for direct channel minimum 1 year experience in sales + 6 months of experience in BFSI sector.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream)
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
- Required experience certificate or reliving letter from previous organization
