As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be on the frontlines, meeting potential clients and driving new business opportunities. Your goal will be to represent the company professionally, build strong relationships, and deliver exceptional service while exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities: 
Actively seek and create new business opportunities through field interactions.
Meet potential clients in person, present offerings, and close deals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Track sales activities and performance metrics.
Provide superior customer service and conduct regular follow-ups.

Key Qualifications: 
1-2+ years of experience in field sales or customer-facing roles.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Age: 22-38 years.
Local candidates preferred.

Compensation: 
CTC: ₹2.50 LPA to ₹3.15 LPA
