Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Job Purpose: 
To lead and grow our Agency Channel in the insurance industry, we are seeking a Outside Sales Representative that is driven and results oriented.

Key Responsibilities: 
Drive sales through the Agency Channel to meet the predetermined sales goals within the designated territory.
In order to increase the agency network within the designated territory, recruit, onboard, and train additional insurance agents.
Throughout the designated territory, cultivate enduring connections with agents and partners.
Develop successful sales strategy based on consumer demands and market developments in conjunction with the senior sales team.
Make sure that every sales activity complies with legal requirements and business goals.

Desired candidate profile: 
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Experience: Maximum in 2 Years in any field sale (Minimum 1 + Years Experience in Insurance)
Age: minimum 21 years and max 38 Years
Fic CTC + incentive (220000 LPA TO 300000 LPA)
Minimum 1 +Years Experience in Insurance sector
