Job Description

We seek a dynamic sales professional to recruit, develop, and lead a team of life insurance agents. You will drive sales, expand market share, and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to industry regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Agent recruitment, development, and coaching

• Sales target achievement

• Market penetration and analysis

• Customer relationship building

• Compliance adherence

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience (preferably life insurance)

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Organizational and time management skills

• Life insurance license (or ability to obtain)

Candidates Requirements :

Graduation is mandatory

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
