Outside Sales Representative
Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to lead and expand our agency sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets through agency networks.
- Identify and onboard new sales agents, ensuring they align with company goals.
- Recruit, train, and mentor agency sales representatives to maximize productivity.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve results.
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support agency sales.
- Provide insights on customer needs and preferences to shape product offerings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience in sales coordination
- Strong communication
