An Outside Sales Representative is responsible for selling products or services by meeting customers face-to-face in their location—whether that’s at their home, business, or on the job site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within a designated territory.
- Schedule and conduct in-person meetings or product demos.
- Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Track visits, leads, opportunities, and sales using CRM tools.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-39 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
