Job Summary:
We are hiring an Outside Sales Representative to drive field sales, acquire new customers, and promote insurance or financial products through direct interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential clients and explain insurance/financial products
• Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and field visits
• Meet and exceed sales targets regularly
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely follow-ups
• Report daily field activities to the sales manager

Requirements:

• Any Graduate
• 2+ years experience in outside/field sales (preferred in BFSI)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven and self-motivated
• Two-wheeler preferred for mobility
