Job Title: Outside Sales Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The role involves meeting clients face-to-face, presenting product/service offerings, and closing deals through effective field sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with clients through in-person meetings and follow-ups
- Demonstrate product benefits and customize solutions based on client needs
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Provide regular updates to the sales manager on performance and market trends
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any stream
- Experience: 1–3 years in field sales (preferred in BFSI, FMCG, Real Estate, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-driven, with a passion for meeting new people and closing deals
- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license
- Proficient in local language and familiar with the area
