Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Outside Sales Representative to recruit, train, and manage insurance agents while achieving business targets through the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard insurance agents
• Train and motivate agents to achieve sales goals
• Generate business through the advisor team
• Build strong relationships with customers and agents
• Support advisors in client meetings and policy sales
• Maintain sales reports and documentation

• Bachelor’s degree mandatory
• 2+ years’ experience in field sales
