Job Description

Our Sales department is looking passionate and hardworking candidate to join us as an Outside Sales Representative.

Responsibilities :

– Identifying the needs and requirements of the prospective customers.

– Developing full-proof sales strategies to attract potential customers.

– Reporting to Sales Manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.

– Recruit advisors and business partners.

– Qualify leads from different marketing campaigns as viable sales opportunities

– Develop the required team of sales consultants through coaching, training, team management and support, etc.

– To recruit and handle a team of sales consultants.

Mandated Candidate :

– Must be graduation

– Min 2 years of skilled sales and marketing

Age: 25 to 38 years

CTC: Fix CTC + Incentive + Additional help
