Outside Sales Representative

Job Description

Seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in the Agency Channel of the life insurance sector. Responsibilities include prospecting, selling life insurance products, building client relationships, executing sales strategies, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and prospects through networking and cold calling.
• Present and sell life insurance policies to potential clients.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.
• Ensure adherence to insurance regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and maintain detailed sales records and reports.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in life insurance sales.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
