Outside Sales Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a driven and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in building and expanding our presence within the agency channel, partnering with independent insurance agents to offer our life insurance products.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a network of independent insurance agents within your assigned territory.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify clients’ life insurance requirements and risk profiles.
Present and explain life insurance policy options to agents and their clients, ensuring a clear understanding of coverage, benefits, and exclusions.
Partner with agents to customize insurance solutions that meet the specific needs and budgets of individual clients

 Requirements:

Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
Proven success in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
Knowledge of life insurance products and concepts .
