Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to expand our agency channel in the life insurance sector. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in sales, possessing a deep understanding of the life insurance industry and a strong network within the agency channel.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage agency relationships: Identify, recruit, and develop key agency partners to distribute our life insurance products.
Achieve sales targets: Consistently exceed sales goals by effectively positioning our products and services to agency partners.
Build strong relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with agency owners, managers, and agents.
Conduct product training: Provide comprehensive product training and support to agency partners to ensure their success.
Requirement
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the life insurance industry.
Strong understanding of the agency channel and distribution models.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in using sales CRM and other relevant software.
