Roles and responsibilities: 

• Create offline training for agents
• Meet potential agents in their respective areas
• Should know the local agent network
• Achieve Monthly Sales Target Numbers
• Managing relationships with customers
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Identifying customer need

• Qualification: Graduation/bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• Experience: 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
• Age: 21 to 38 Years.
