Job Description
Recruit, train, and support insurance agents to sell our products.
Responsibilities:
- Find and hire new agents.
- Teach agents about our products and how to sell them.
- Help agents close deals and solve customer problems.
- Track agent performance and give feedback.
- Find new customers and expand our business.
- Build good relationships with agents and customers.
- Make sure everyone follows rules and regulations.
Requirements:
- Degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Experience in sales, especially insurance.
- Knowledge of Indian insurance market.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Ability to work alone and with others.
- Good at negotiating and solving problems.
- Driver’s license.
Preferred:
- Experience managing agents.
- Insurance sales certification.
- Knowledge of digital marketing.
