Outside Sales Representative

Job Description

Oversee and direct a group of agency managers in the sale of life insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Establish and meet sales targets.

• Hire, educate, and inspire managers of agencies.

• Establish and preserve connections with agency partners.

• Assure a high degree of client contentment.

• Prior management and sales experience in life insurance is required.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Familiarity with life insurance policies and rules.

• Able to meet sales goals.

Requirements

• Any recent graduates
• The candidate needs prior fieldwork experience.
• Experience in sales and insurance is preferred.

• Candidate must have field job experience.
