Oversee and propel our agency channel’s performance. Oversee a group of representatives, create sales plans, and increase market share.
Responsibility:
• Lead and inspire a group of insurance sales representatives to achieve goals.
• Find, hire, and instruct new agents.
• Monitor and evaluate sales data; assist agents in raising their level of performance.
• Locate and cultivate fresh business prospects.
• Assure excellent client satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Compile performance reports and follow company and legal requirements.
Responsibilities
• A bachelor’s degree
• At least two years in insurance business development or sales management.
• Proven abilities in team leadership and sales.
• Comprehensive knowledge of insurance laws and markets in India.
