Job Description
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling insurance products to clients through a network of agents. This role involves working closely with agents to drive sales and provide ongoing support.
KEY ROLES:
- Develop relationships with new and existing agents, providing support and resources to enhance performance.
- Continuously evaluate the training needs of agents and arrange for necessary development programs.
- Set sales targets and KPIs for agents, ensuring they are motivated and incentivized to achieve them.
- Resolve issues or challenges faced by agents and ensure a smooth workflow for policy sales.
- Guide agents on ethical sales practices and adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Support agents in utilizing company resources and tools to attract and retain customers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to adapt strategies accordingly.
SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, sales techniques, and market trends.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of agents.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Bachelors degree
- Age 21 to 38
- Fulltime
- 1 year sales experience
