Position: Outside Sales Representative
Location: Hyderabad
Compensation: ₹3.30 LPA to ₹3.80 LPA + Performance-linked Incentives
Job Description:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products and services in your assigned territory.
- Conduct regular market research to identify customer needs and trends.
- Provide product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and report on sales performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
- Age: 21 to 38 years.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in outside or field sales.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a passion for meeting sales targets.
- Local candidates from Hyderabad preferred.
