We seek a dynamic sales professional to recruit, develop, and lead a team of life insurance agents. You will drive sales, expand market share, and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to industry regulations.

Requirements:  
–  Proven sales experience (preferably life insurance)
–  Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

–   Life insurance license (or ability to obtain)
