Job Title: Outside Sales Representative – Insurance

Salary: ₹4 LPA+ Incentives

Job Summary:
Promote and sell insurance products by meeting clients face-to-face, generating leads, and closing sales in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential clients and conduct sales presentations
• Generate leads through networking and referrals
• Explain insurance policies clearly and recommend suitable plans
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Maintain client relationships and provide follow-up support
• Complete sales documentation and reporting

Requirements:

• Graduates preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Previous insurance sales experience is a plus
