Job Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive Outside Sales Representative to grow business by meeting prospects face-to-face, pitching products, and closing deals. This role suits a motivated self-starter who enjoys fieldwork and building long-term customer relationships.
Primary Duties:
Visit clients in Burdwan and surrounding areas to promote offerings
Generate leads via field visits, cold calls, and local networking
Meet individual sales goals and contribute to team performance
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Track competitor activity and provide market insights
Support product launches and sales campaigns as needed
Ideal Candidate:
Must have experience in field sales or customer engagement
Graduation (Bachelor’s Degree) is mandatory
Local candidates from Burdwan preferred
Age between 22–38 years
Comfortable with field travel and flexible working hours
