Job Type: Full-time | Field Sales
Experience Required: 1–3 years in field or direct sales

We are hiring an Outside Sales Manager to lead field sales activities, manage a team, and drive revenue growth. The role involves meeting clients in person, building relationships, and achieving sales targets through regular fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Sales Management: Plan and manage field visits to meet customers and close sales.
• Team Supervision: Lead and support a team of field sales executives (if applicable).
• Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Find new customers through field visits and convert leads into deals.
• Client Relationship: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Market Expansion: Identify new areas and industries for business growth.
• Reporting & Feedback: Submit sales reports and share field insights with management.
• Problem Solving: Handle customer issues and assist team members with on-ground challenges.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of the local market
• Target-driven and result-oriented
• Basic reporting and planning ability
• Leadership and team handling (preferred)

Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream
• Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience required
