Role Summary
We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Partner Acquisition Lead to expand our network of channel partners and advisors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and enabling productive partnerships that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire high-potential partners and advisors in the assigned region
Develop and implement partner recruitment strategies
Train, onboard, and support new partners for smooth integration
Build strong, long-term relationships to ensure partner engagement and retention
Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to support partner performance
Track and analyze partnership metrics to assess effectiveness
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales or partner acquisition, preferably in the insurance or BFSI sector
Proven track record of meeting recruitment or business development targets
Local market knowledge is a plus
