Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Partner Relationship Manager to manage and grow our agency partner network. This role focuses on developing strong relationships with insurance agents and ensuring consistent business growth through partner support and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and recruit potential insurance advisors
Build strong working relationships with agency partners
Support partners in achieving their sales targets
Conduct training and development sessions for agents
Ensure timely communication and business reporting

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation in any stream
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or relationship management (preferred)
Excellent communication and team coordination skills
Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
