Job Description
We are looking for a Partner Sales Executive to support and drive business growth in a defined territory. The role includes managing sales teams, achieving business targets, and building strong client and partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support a team of sales executives/agents.
Achieve area-wise business targets and growth objectives.
Develop and implement local sales strategies.
Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Provide regular performance updates to senior management.
Qualification & Experience:
Must completed Graduation compulsory.
1+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
3+ years in native or residential.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
Leadership skill to drive a team towards business goals.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
