Job Description

A Partner Sales Manager is responsible for managing relationships with third-party partners (such as resellers, brokers, distributors, or channel partners) to drive indirect sales and expand market reach. This role is essential in industries like insurance, BFSI, telecom, and FMCG.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve branch profitability and increase market penetration by meeting revenue targets.
  • Identify, recruit, and develop a strong team of FLMs to build an effective sales network.
  • Ensure branch compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, ensuring high levels of customer service.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers and establish new customer relationships.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
