Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Partnership Manager to identify, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering long-term relationships with partners, ensuring mutual success, and exploring opportunities for collaboration to expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities.
-Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
-Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner solutions and achieve business objectives.
-Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure win-win outcomes.
-Develop and execute partnership strategies to support company goals.
-Monitor partnership performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
-Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences.
Candidates Requirements :
Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
