Job Description

A Partnership Sales Manager is a role that focuses on developing, managing, and optimizing strategic relationships with business partners to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate prospective partners for compatibility with the company’s products, market positioning, and strategic goals.
  • Set sales targets for partners, track performance, and make adjustments to ensure goals are met.
  • Handle the onboarding process for new partners, including negotiating contracts, providing training, and offering any necessary resources.
  •  Adjust partnership strategies based on market conditions, customer feedback, and competitor actions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
