As a Policy Solutions Consultant, you will assist clients and agency partners in understanding insurance policies, resolving policy-related queries, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth policy servicing and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Guide clients and agents on policy features, benefits, and terms.
Resolve client queries related to policy issuance, claims, and renewals.
Support agents in policy documentation and servicing processes.
Identify opportunities to optimize client coverage through suitable policy solutions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy updates.
Collaborate with agency teams to ensure timely and effective policy management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
1–2 years experience in insurance sales, customer service, or policy servicing preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused attitude and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with agency partners and internal teams.
