About the Role: 
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of Insurance Associates within your assigned region. Your primary responsibilities include driving business growth, creating effective sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. This role also focuses on recruitment, training, and managing team performance to ensure optimal results.

Key Responsibilities: 
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Insurance Associates.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet growth objectives.
Conduct regular training sessions on products, policies, and sales techniques.
Monitor team performance and initiate corrective measures when necessary.
Build strong relationships with agency partners and key stakeholders.

Key Qualifications: 
1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance sector.
Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Age range: 25 to 38 years.
Preference for candidates local .

Compensation: 
Salary (CTC): ₹3.00 LPA to ₹3.40 LPA
