We are hiring for Banca Channel in Priority Sales Manager position with having Excellent Communication skills, Sales planning and team working as well as leadership skills.

Responsibility:
- Sales of bancassurance through designated bank branches.
- Managing a group of managers who are on-call.
- Banking and business collaboration on everything from lead generation to policy conversion.
- Monitoring operations and educating bank lead generators.
- To develop partnerships with the Bank that are mutually beneficial and aid in client acquisition. Gathering and analyzing customer
- requirements to improve product pitches.
- Handling objections and complaints and promptly addressing them. Mentoring and guiding new team members in regards to the necessary deliverables and business values.
- Experience: Graduation is Mandatory.
- Age: 24 to 38 Years

- Experience in sales or BFSI 2 Year or more .
- Problem-solving attitude & conviconvincingl.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Teamwork and leadership skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset .
